This website was designed by an insurance agent to assist Agents who need additional sources of income. It provides tools that will help the agent write Florida's Workers' Compensation insurance coverage. Specific assistance is offered to help with issues that arise with Florida's insurer of last resort for workers' compensation, the FWCJUA. A direct link is provided to premium financing for FWCJUA policies.

A Pricing tool is offered which is unique in that it can use our "FWCJUA Tier Qualifier" to determine the appropriate tier and then calculate standard premium and FWCJUA premiums for each of the 3 tiers while taking into account every factor that influences the premium cost. After entering all of the pricing tool information you will have created a proposal and a premium finance contract that lowers the initial FWCJUA deposit. This spreads the payment over 8 months and enables you to receive additional income that you determine from the premium finance company.

We now offer a direct link to a premium finance plan for all FWCJUA policies, E & S commercial policies and homeowners policies such as "Citizens." A links section will direct you to resources that can be used whenever something unusual arises with a workers' compensation issue. A forms section offers every Florida workers' compensation form known to exist. Some can be filled out on-line.

Soon to be added is an on-line certificate of insurance service. This will enable your customers through your membership to create their own certificates for a fee, part of which will be shared with your agency. You establish their template. All that they can enter is the certificate holder information which they can copy and distribute as they desire.
