The deductible percentages have increased. The maximum officer wage cap has been increased to $119,600. The new minimum and maximum for proprietors and partners has increased to $48,900.

The FWCJUA "Payroll Service Pilot Program" has been extended for an additional year.  It features a deposit of 16.7% instead of the 50% and the security deposit is wavied for premiums under $7,000.  The hitch is the insured must use only Paychex payroll service.

FWCJUA permits credits after policy issuance.

       1.  Drug free workplace - 5%
       2.  Employer safety program - 2%
       3.  FCCPAP - This percentage varies by the average hourly wage by selected class codes above $9.99.

Class code 5537 is a new construction class code and is eligible for the FCCPAP. This code covers heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems - installation, service and repair to include drivers.
